Small and thin laptops are very common these days and can fit certain designer tote bags.  Using some of the more popular laptop sizes from Apple, HP and Dell ranging from 11 to 13 inches (see below), we offer a handy guide to choosing your next tote to carry one of these laptops. Luxury brands like Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Givenchy, Saint Laurent and Prada, offer large bags wide enough to carry small laptops. Most of these bags also have numerous pockets and have enough space to fit other essentials like a wallet, make-up kit, smartphone and other small accessories.

Chanel Laptop Option

From Chanel Fall/Winter 2014 Collection Act 2 is the CC Delivery Shopping Tote Bag. It has acetate plexi handles and it can also be carried on the shoulder with its chain and leather shoulder strap.  The sturdier closure allows the bag to keep its shape and distributes the weight across the bag more evenly.
The iconic GST bag can also hold a small laptop. It has an open top with a zip compartment in the middle, at 13" across the smallest 11" laptop may be a tight fit.  The GST XL Bag is likely more useful to fit a laptop.
