Louis Vuitton has collaborated with three street artists: Eine from London, eL Seed from Tunisia and Eko Nugroho from Indonesia. They were invited to design scarves for the brand’s Fall/Winter 2013 Collection. Each one has given their own signature style on the scarf.
The words “Great Adventures” are printed in bright and bold colors for Eine’s piece, depicting the excitement of traveling. Arabic Calligraffiti was used to give the Monogram pattern a new look for el Seed. Eko Nugroho’s design featured a mythical figure consisting of Indonesian fruits and vegetables. Chinese high fashion model Liu Wen models the scarves for the lookbook.
In June, Louis Vuitton opened a pop-up store exclusive to Textiles at Selfridges to celebrate the collaboration. The scarves will be available in Louis Vuitton stores this Fall. The scarves will retail for £465.
