During Paris Fashion Week, the socialite Elena Perminova (also good friends with Miroslova Duma) was spotted outside the Valentino Fall 2013 show carrying the Chanel black and blue boy bag from the Spring 2013 collection.  She's the wife of billionaire Russian media mogul. She is no stranger to attending the shows and is frequently photographed.
