Rita Ora is a big fan of Karl Lagerfeld and was recently in attendance at the Little Black Jacket Event that was held in Dubai.

Introducing the bags of the Chanel Cruise 2013/2014 Runway Collection. The collection was reminiscent of colonial times including accessories such as a cricket bat and knee pads on some of the men that walked the runway. Part of the collection includes a version of the iconic Chanel N°5 Perfume Bottle Bag which included the classic chain strap.

Kim Kardashian was spotted in Soho with her BFF Jonathan Cheban, carrying the Chanel Black Medallion Boy bag from the Fall 2012 collection. She wore a long chiffon asymmetrical dress and paired it with a leather motorcycle jacket. The purse features a thick medallion chain with quilted lambskin leather exterior.

Karl Lagerfeld has directed a short film, starring British actress Keira Knightley as Coco Chanel. Entitled “Once Upon a Time…”, this will commemorate the 100th anniversary of the first Chanel Store that opened in Deauville, France. French Actress Clotilde Hesme, will also star in the film, playing the role of Coco’s aunt, Adrienne.

Chanel has recently released a short film made by British/Canadian director, photographer and writer, Trevor Undi. The film showcases Chanel's 2013 Paris-Édimbourg Métiers d'Art show which was held at the at the Linlithgow Palace in Scotland back in December 2012.
