Presenting the Marc Jacobs Spring/Summer 2017 Runway Bag Collection. As always, Marc Jacobs has ended the New York Fashion Week as grandiose as possible. The runway show was held at Hammerstein Ballroom with hundreds of lightbulbs hanging on the stage. The models came out in bright colored dreadlocks wearing sky high platforms. The collection features handbags in different types, such as flap bags, drawstring bags, satchel, duffle and backpack. The bags comes in metallic colors and funky patterns which goes with the brand's rave theme. British illustrator and designer Julie Verhoeven has provided illustrations for some of the handbags, shoes and sweatshirts that were seen on the runway.
